Man arrested, 11 gm of heroin seized

A man was arrested for possessing heroin at Yaral Pat in Imphal East today. Narcotic Cell, Imphal East recovered 11 gram of heroin from Md Saddam (27), resident of Lilong Atoukhong Mamang Leikai. He along with the seized drug has been handed over to Porompat Police Station and investigations are on, a police report said
