5th dead anniversary of former Chief Minister of Manipur Rishang Keishing held at Congress Bhavan today. (L) Rishang Keishing was the longest serving CM of the state. The programme was attende by MPCC President K. Meghachandra, CLP Leader O. Ibobi, MLA Th. Lokeshor, MLA Victor Keishing and other Congress Office Bearers. As a mark of honouring the brave floral tributes were offered.
