Manipur youth congress committee submitted Memorandum

Office bearers of Manipur Congress Committee along with Chairperson of Kishan  cell and Youth leaders together submitted a Memorandum at Director Office of Agriculture Department on account of agricultural fertilizers.

Speaking on the occasion, Youth leader Ningthoujam Popilal said even if BJP government gave assurance to give fertilizers regularly, the govt. failed to do so and a lot of fertilizers  gets lost without any concern. In the memorandum, MPCC requested the agriculture department to give away fertilizers regularly to farmers. On the occasion, MPCC General Secretary P. Bankimchandra and Chairperson Kishan Cell also took part.
