Minister govindas attends tree plantation programme
On the occasion of World Enviornment Day Manipur Works minister Govindas Konthoujam participated in a tree plantation programme along BJP Manipur president A Sarda Devi. "On this day we all should pledge to do our very best to preserve Mother Nature and lend a hand in bringing about a change," Govindas said in a Facebook post.
