A team of Imphal and Bishnupur police apprehend one drug peddler

A team of Imphal Police Station and Bishnupur district police have apprehended a drug peddler along with 750 g of suspected heroin powder near the Torbung area. The accused has been identified as T. Nemneilhing @ Lhingbem (42), resident of New Lamka, Churachandpur.

The seized contraband is worth around Rs.1.5 crore in the international market. Further investigation is underway.
