Calling Attention motion regarding Champu khangpok raised by MLA K Meghachandra

During  the 2nd session of the 12th manipur Assembly session Calling Attention motion regarding Champu khangpok raised by MLA K Meghachandra. He said that Champu Khangpok village lies on the 'Phumdi' and the reports which states that 60 lakhs rupees has been passed for black topping under PMJAY. CM N Biren cleared the matter stating that, development works has been shifted to other sites and only 10 lakhs rupees has been passed.
